>>Keith Morris will oversee production at Kelly Outdoor Products Group among other staff changes
Kelly Products, a leading provider of essential products and business services for the agribusiness and regulated industry, announced that Randy Groff is being promoted to director of Kelly Outdoor Products Group, home to Swhacker broadheads, C’Mere Deer attractants and TAC Vanes and arrows.
Groff has been operations manager for TAC Vanes for the past two years, where he was instrumental with product development, managing dealer and distributor relations and production.
“Randy has played a key role in the development of TAC Vanes production and distribution. We have faced numerous challenges in our quest for creating the absolute best-performing vanes and he has really taken ownership of the process and has a knack for digging in and figuring out a problem. He understands this industry, and we’re certain he’ll do well in this expanded role,” said Keith Kelly, CEO, Kelly Products.
In his new role, Randy Groff will work across all Kelly Outdoor brands with other members of Kelly’s corporate service center as well as production teams, supporting operations, sales, product development and marketing.
Groff’s transition opens a role overseeing the production of TAC Vanes. As part of the restructuring of the division, Keith Morris will become production manager for Kelly Outdoor Products Group where he will oversee the production of TAC Vanes and Swhacker.
